Cindy Balentine established the firm in 2004 after gaining 10 years of experience working for two other public accounting firms in the Raleigh area. Cindy is a native of Raleigh, NC and graduated from Peace College and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1991. Cindy Balentine is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of NC (License #26486).
Cindy’s primary focus is with individuals, trusts and estates. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. When she is away from the office she enjoys backpacking and hiking with her husband and business partner, Glenn Borg, and with their two yellow labs.
Glenn Borg is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of NC (License #25160). He joined the firm in 2007 and has over 15 years of public accounting experience working with businesses and individuals.
Glenn graduated from Duke University and his focus is working closely with the firm’s business clients. His clients include real estate development and construction, retail services, professional services and real estate LLC’s. Glenn is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. He enjoys outdoor activities such as backpacking and hiking with his wife and business partner, Cindy Balentine. Glenn serves as Treasurer for a local not for profit foundation and spends time volunteering for various local not for profit organizations.
